Akvelon was founded in 2000 by highly accomplished IT professionals who had extensive experience developing complex software applications. A unique combination of IT knowledge and a solid foundation in general business operations afforded the Akvelon founders to build a successful business helping clients nationwide.
Akvelon was established with the goal to provide superior IT consulting and software development services to its clients. Akvelon has tremendously grown to presently employing over one hundred individuals in three offices worldwide.
Akvelon’s corporate headquarters in Bellevue, Washington hosts top management, including the Head of Operations, VP of Solutions and Director of Sales, as well as account executives and project managers, finance, and administrative staff.
Akvelon has earned a solid reputation with clients and partners, and was recently recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the largest Web Development Companies in the US Pacific Northwest.

Sergei holds a BS from the University of Minnesota with a major in Computer Science. He has been working in the software development and technological industry for over eleven years and has achieved great success creating commercial software applications.
Sergei attained leading roles in corporations like Honeywell and Microsoft before co-founding Akvelon in 2000. During his eight years at Microsoft, Sergei contributed to design and implementation of the largest and most heavily used online properties including Microsoft Passport.
Sergei brings to our team his experience in driving business growth, project execution, and client engagements. His grounded knowledge and skills in operational and technological management, software design and implementation add significant value to Akvelon’s success.

Constantine has received a BS and MS in Computer Science from the University of Radio Electronics (Kharkiv, Ukraine). Constantine brings to our team 16 years of industry experience from software engineering to consulting, team building, and project management.
Prior to co-founding Akvelon, Constantine worked as an engineer and analyst in a number of leading technology companies, including IBM and Microsoft Corp. At Microsoft Constantine held several management and engineering positions, including Development Manager.
Constantine is passionate about excellence in project management, successfully achieving expectations in each of Akvelon’s projects. In addition to his solid management experience, Constantine has strong PMP knowledge and multiple connections throughout the US Pacific Northwest technology community.
