Protecting your privacy is important to Akvelon Inc. ("Akvelon"). The following
Online Privacy Policy is established to help you understand how Akvelon collects,
uses, and safeguards personal information you may provide Akvelon via our Web
site (the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms of Akvelon's Online Privacy
Policy, as outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access
or use the Site. Akvelon reserves the right to amend the Online Privacy Policy
periodically at its sole discretion. Your use of the Site will be subject to the
most current version of the Online Privacy Policy at the time of such use.
Collection of Personal Information
When engaging in certain activities on the Site, Akvelon may ask you to provide
certain information about yourself by filling out and electronically submitting
an online form. These activities include, but are not limited to, ordering or registering
products, downloading software, entering contests, or participating in online surveys.
It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to
engage in these activities, however, Akvelon may ask that you provide us personal
information, including, but not limited to, your first and last name, e-mail address,
employer, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other personal identifying information.
For example, when registering a product, you may be asked to provide your name,
address, e-mail address and the product's serial number. When ordering product,
you may be asked to provide your credit card number.
Currently, the Site does not reside on a secure server. Although it is highly unlikely
persons other than Akvelon employees would be able to appropriate personal
information such as your credit card number, Akvelon gives you the option of
phoning in your personal information when ordering product, to eliminate the small
possibility that any problems could occur.
When you submit personal information to Akvelon on the Site, you understand
and agree that it may be transferred across national boundaries and stored and processed
in any of the countries in which Akvelon maintains distributors, resellers,
business partners or affiliates, including without limitation, the United States.
You also acknowledge that in certain countries or with respect to certain activities,
trusted vendors of Akvelon may collect, transfer, store, and process your personal
information.
How Your Personal Information Is Used
Akvelon collects your information in order to record and support your participation
in the activities you select. For example, if you order a product that is to be
electronically downloaded, the information is used to register your license and
rights, if any, to technical support, and upgrade discounts or other benefits, if
any, that may be made available to registered users. If you enter a contest, information
is collected to qualify your entry and contact you regarding the contest or prize
awards. The information that you provide is also used as part of our effort to keep
you informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services
from Akvelon. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be
used only to support your continued customer relationship with Akvelon. We respect
your privacy and do not sell our mailing lists or customer information. However, Akvelon
reserves the right to periodically follow-up with customers who have requested information
from us to make sure such requests have received a satisfactory response.

If you do not wish to be informed of other products, services and special offers
available from Akvelon, you may indicate this preference when you provide your personal
information to Akvelon. Akvelon will honor your preference. However, Akvelon

If you believe that Akvelon has not complied with this Online Privacy Policy
with respect to your personal information, you may write Akvelon at the address
indicated above.
In your letter, please describe in as much detail as possible the ways in which
you believe that the Akvelon Online Privacy Policy has not been complied with.
We will investigate your complaint promptly.
Please note that Akvelon is not responsible for the content or privacy practices
of non-Akvelon Web sites with which akvelon.com
or any other Akvelon Web site may be linked.
User Submissions
Akvelon welcomes comments, ideas, suggestions and questions about our products,
Online Privacy Policy, and the Site (collectively, "User Submissions"). User Submissions
including, but not limited to, bug reports, piracy reports, and product or policy
feedback shall become the property of Akvelon, without compensation to you, and
are deemed to be non-confidential. Akvelon shall be free to use, reproduce,
display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute such User Submissions on an unrestricted
basis. Akvelon, however, will not release your name or otherwise publicize the fact
that you submitted such User Submissions to us unless: (a) you grant Akvelon
permission to do so; (b) Akvelon first notifies you that the User Submissions
you submitted to a particular part of the Site will be published or otherwise used
with your name on it; or (c) Akvelon is required to do so by law.
You may only submit User Submissions that are (a) originated or owned by you, (b)

You are prohibited from submitting or transmitting to or from the Site any unlawful,
threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic materials that would
violate any law or the rights of others, including without limitation, laws against

or limiting your access or use of the Site.
Akvelon also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to delete or remove
your User Submissions from the Site and to restrict, suspend or terminate your access
to all or part of the Site, at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability.
Akvelon may also establish general practices and limits on the use of the Site. Akvelon
shall have no liability or responsibility for the deletion of, or failure to, store
any information or materials in connection with any User Submissions.
Akvelon may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review (a) any areas on the
Site where users submit or transmit User Submissions, and (b) the substance of any
User Submissions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akvelon will have no liability related
to User Submissions arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity,
or otherwise. Akvelon disclaims any and all liability with respect to the misuse,
loss, modification, or unavailability of any User Submissions.
