CRM Customization Process
- Inception.
During the diagnostic phase of the MS Dynamics CRM customization solution development,
Akvelon collects all information needed to define a high-level project vision for the subsequent phases.
We work with you to identify your company’s business environment, mission and goals, business processes and IT
strategies. As a result, we present you the complete Statement of Work, Proposal and Project Estimate.
- Analysis.
The main purpose of the analysis phase is to gather and document MS Dynamics CRM customization
